quibalorbrchodel provides consultation and styling services. Due to the personalized nature of our services, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:

Cancellation Terms

More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling available without penalty.

Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded or credited toward a future appointment.

No-show appointments: No-show appointments will not be eligible for refund. We may require prepayment for future appointments.

Completed Services

Once styling consultation services have been provided, refunds are generally not available as our services involve personalized advice, recommendations, and consultation time that cannot be returned. However, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you have concerns about the service received, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your situation. We will review each case individually and work with you to address any legitimate concerns.

Service Modifications

If you need to modify your scheduled service (e.g., change the focus or scope), please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. We will work with you to accommodate reasonable modifications when possible.

Clothing Purchases

quibalorbrchodel provides styling consultation services. We do not sell clothing items directly. Any clothing purchases made during personal shopping sessions are subject to the return policies of the retailers where purchases are made.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
